Blood, Guts and Glory (Flames of War)
This book has the army lists centering on the US Armored and Armored Rifles. It covers the period after the Normandy landings and on past the Battle of the Bulge. It features Shermans of all types, the old Sherman, the upgraded 76mm cannon, newer engines and then a few special and advanced types like the Jumbo (better armoured than the early Tiger) and Easy Eight which is the best at moving and firing. The Armored rifles also have an interesting list. With more men and firepower than any other platoon and half-tracks to boot these can give and take better than most and travel fast between places. Good support options all around and with Patton and Abrams (the one they named the current US MBT after) what more could you ask for? Well the Germans are suffering. Constant losses have lead to serious manpower losses and even if they still have some serious gear their skill and motivation has dropped markedly. This means you can field more but will run into serious problems when the going gets tough.
